Return Policy

 

Angel Navarro Photography is committed to your satisfaction.

In the event of a camera failure, inclement weather conditions, act of God, or any other unforeseen event that impedes Angel Navarro Photography from fulfilling its contractual and/or scheduled event(s), the client will receive a full refund of their deposit, if applicable. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the client fails to attend, show up and/or participate on the scheduled day of the photo shoot and/or event.

As a result of the nature of digital photography and the reality that once a digital photo is issued it cannot be returned without the implication of usage, Angel Navarro Photography has a NO REFUNDS policy. Also, once a client selects, makes a payment or agrees to pay for said selection(s), agrees to a transaction and receives the print(s), photo album(s), photo book(s) and/or any digital image(s), it is considered non-refundable. If the wrong print(s) are mistakenly issued to the client, Angel Navarro Photography will correct the mistake at no charge to the client. If a defect is discovered in the craftsmanship of any of our products, it must be reported within 48 hours (two business days) from the date it was received for any reparation to take effect. If any product is received damaged as a result of shipping, a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier for any reparation, and should reported to Angel Navarro Photographyu within 48 hours of receipt.

All products sold by Angel Navarro Photography are subject to your local state sales tax. Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales are considered final. Angel Navarro Photography does, of course, make every effort to ensure that the craftsmanship and quality of the prints received meet the highest standards in every regard with accordance to the client issuing payment.
